New course! Become a qualified CIPD HR practitioner in just 10 months
In September 2011, Bedford College
will be launching a new Certificate in Human Resources Practice
(CHRP), accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD), Europe's largest HR and development
professional body, with over 135,000 members. This new
qualification will enable you to gain a firm foundation in all
areas of HR, as well as understanding HR in a business
context.
This qualification is particularly
ideal if you are new to HR or are interested in moving into HR and
will give you the confidence to be more effective at work and move
ahead in your career.
Delivered one evening a week, you will
be taught by CIPD qualified lecturers and will cover the following
areas: the role of HR recording, analysing and using HR
information, resourcing talent, managing employment relations,
performance and reward management.
