Person centered planning is a vital skill for those working in Adult social care. It will give you the skills needed to discover and act on what is important for the person in your care. This course will provide you methods for delivering personalisation objectives, following government recommendations.

Who is this course suited to?

These units are part of the Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma. They are recommended for those who have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health And Social Care which did not cover person centered planning. Units are: • promote person centered approaches in health and social care • Facilitate person centered assessment, planning, implementation and review.
