NVQ courses
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are vocational
training qualifications designed to evidence your staff's
competence in the workplace.
NVQ courses have a clear focus on providing the vocational
knowledge and skills your staff need to apply to their particular
job role in your industry sector, be it construction, business, social care, IT, or catering.
NVQ courses are assessed in the workplace through observation of
job performance, evaluation of evidence and questioning by the NVQ
training assessor. Skills for Life assessments are included in the
training and where a need is identified, literacy and/or
numeracy training will be provided to support the achievement
of the vocational qualification.
Our NVQ assessors work flexible hours to provide training at
times to suit your staff's working patterns or shifts.
We offer a wide range of NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 courses,
many of which are fully funded or part-funded through Train to Gain. We also
offer some NVQ Level 1, NVQ Level 4 and NVQ Level 5 courses.
